This is a SkyWatch Friday post. Did you think it was something else? I just took a few photos while driving on Revenge Rd. on a cloudy day.
Into each life a little rain must fall and it usually happens on a cloudy day. See more Clouds and sky.
Thursday morning from my back yard the sky isn’t quite as cloudy:
I really enjoy the open air and sky so fresh:
Out in the woods on a cloudy day.For a poem about the “outhouse” by Robert Service click on the above picture. Now I’ve got to cut away thanks for stopping by. Joe Todd
P.S. Does anyone living in the central Ohio area have any idea where I took the “outhouse” picture?
Ah, does look like Fall! Beautiful, rain filled clouds! Marvelous shots, Joe! Love the outhouse! a great giggle to start the morning!
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!

Joe, thanks for stopping by my blog. We have done the Cemetary Ridge trail at Clear Creek- just not recently and not with our son yet. I love the outhouse- especially the pink seat!
ReplyDeletelove your sky watch photos!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful sky pictures.
ReplyDeleteBut is there a "boys room' with a blue seat somewhere ;>)?
Sallie
Maybe the pink seat isn't to define that it is for ladies but maybe in memory of someone who had cancer? Pink is their color. . .
ReplyDeleteOn my blog, I put your link to make it handy and it says your last post was 2 YEARS ago!!!!!!! I think tht is just a wee bit wrong. lol
Love the photos Joe. Great sky shots.
ReplyDeleteLovely photo's
ReplyDeleteIt does look like Fall in your part of the world. Is that outhouse a tourist marker or something?
ReplyDeleteLOve the road name.
The outhouse or what is left of it belongs to a log cabin in one of our metroparks. It is about 1/4 of a mile walk from the parking area. The metropark is really not real close to any metro area but is in a rural area. The outhouse sits about 80 feet behind the cabin and it is just there.
ReplyDeleteReally enjoyed seeing your beautiful country through your lens. That was neat you sharing the outhouse.
ReplyDeleteJust last night I was watching the clouds. Dark and thunderous storm clouds coming straight at me from the west, and parting to pass north and south of me. At sunset time, a hole opened up and that silver-gold light shot through. Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI have returned to the cloud-watching enjoyment of my childhood. And I am glad!
That outhouse doesn't look like it has a whole lot of protection from the rain! Nice photos of the clouds that definitely appear to promise rain.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing these beautiful photos and your moments of your life.
ReplyDeletefabulous pictures
ReplyDeleteJoe: What a neat look at your cloudy skies. How is the drive on a road called Revenge?
ReplyDeleteSkies are always interesting: Sometimes mysteripous, sometimes brilliant or stunning. But from the time I joined this meme I watch the sky more intently than before and I feel inspired by the clouds. Thanks for showing your photos!
ReplyDeleteGreat job Joe! Thank you for stopping by my blog. I am glad you enjoyed my photos of Pike Place Market.
ReplyDeleteCheers!
