A that's MY WORLD tuesday post. Check out all the neat blogs about your world. I get to re-live my wandering trip to Fort Myers Beach,Florida by viewing photos and blogging, hope you enjoy.
I was checking out several of my favorite blogs this morning and it seemed everyone had photos of flowers
OR BIRDS. Then Linda said she wanted to go shopping so:
I was feeling a little lost having missed my “group therapy” class then:
We went to another store and I felt right at home.
“But the flower leaned aside
And thought of naught to say,
And morning found the breeze
A hundred miles away.” Robert Frost
Don’t every call me “Late for Dinner.”
“Dinner after dinner, as the weather changed
we enjoyed, were warmed, comforted
by staples, meals we love.” Comfort Food by Raymond A. Foss
Ted R. says, “Even though I’m just hanging out in a tree, I hope you enjoyed your visit.”
Oh, what a fun post for the day, Joe! Beautiful and funny and wise words! I love it!
ReplyDeleteHave a great week!
Sylvia
PS: Love this shirt! Therapy Has Taught Me That Its All Your Fault! Yep, my laugh for the day!
So very fun to see, and I like those photos on the beach! Actually, I like them all :-)
ReplyDeleteGreat tour and I didn't have to subject myself to the heat and humidity. I see at least one shirt there for Hubby.
ReplyDeleteLovely memories of your holiday, Joe. I agree with Sylvia - love that T shirt, also love your groups of birds, flora, waterside, etc.
ReplyDeleteSmiling :-) :-) Looks like a lovely trip with a lot of fun memoris. Thanks for sharing and thanks for visiting me.
ReplyDeleteJoe: What a fun trip to Florida, I liked those boat shots the best. They were so nicely captured.
ReplyDeleteA great trip you took, Joe - with photos to show for it. Glad the t-shirts afforded you all the "therapy" you needed with words - your images are therapy for the rest of us. Great post!
ReplyDeleteYou really do a fine job with your collage arrangements!
ReplyDeleteWhat is the tall bird that looks like s/he's waiting for a handout? Is that you? I didn't think so.
The last set of pictures transported me to warm tropical weather . . . all that beautiful blue!
you just have such a fun life :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your travels with us all.
ReplyDeleteThose were beautiful and lots of fun. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteLooks like you have a great time in Florida! I like the sayings on the shirts.
ReplyDeleteI LOL at the big bird looking at the man bending over. I hope his wallet wasn't picked.
ReplyDeleteGood morning! I enjoyed seeing your photos. The logos on the T-shirts are really very funn y. I have a cousin who forgot to read the logo on his T-shirt before he went to his neighbours to offer his condolences for the loss of a relative. It read: "I also have my problems...!"
ReplyDeleteYou brought me back so many beautiful memories from Florida. Love your photos. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteWhat fun!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful flowers, fruits and dripping spanish moss Joe! Loved all your posts with photos of Ft. Myers. It's been quite a few years since I visited that area of FL - Sanibel and Captiva Island are two of my favorite places. And Naples too. :)
ReplyDeleteLooks like you guys had a great time! But what is that big bird doing behind you on the beach??!!
