JOE TODD Joe Todd says, “ Thanks For Stopping By “  MY SON HAS BEEN HOME FOR A COUPLE YEARS NOW BUT WILL  BE GOING TO AFGHANISTAN IN 2011. I HAVE HAD THIS POST READY TO PUBLISH FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS BUT WASN’T SURE I WOULD PUBLISH IT (WHERE IS THE WATERY SCENERY). I FEEL OUR TROOPS NEED ALL OF OUR SUPPORT ALL THE TIME AND I DON’T THINK I CAN SAY THIS STRONGLY ENOUGH.

  1. AMEN to this post, Joe. Our troops do need all of our support--especially now that our govt. is so negative about the military. Just think: IF it weren't for soldiers like your son all through the years, we wouldn't be enjoying the freedom we have in our country today. NOW---if we could just keep the Govt. from trying to take it all away from us....

    God Bless your SON.

I'm sure there were plenty of tears shed at the soldiers homecoming. God bless your son and all soldiers for serving our country.

  6. Wonderful to see so many braving the cold and wet to welcome the even braver soldiers home.

  7. Joe -- looks like they came home during an awful storm! But at least they got home and people came out even in the sstorm to welcome them. Great.

I couldn't read the Italic print (old eyes?). Is Nathan home for a while now? In any case our thoughts and best wishes go out to the whole family.

The shot of your son and grandson is priceless and the whole family one as well.

Amen and amen to this post, Joe! I love all our troops and I pray for them every single day. Amber, my daughter, has friends from high school in Afghanistan right now. She sends them care packages at least once a month or so. Our troops need our support and this household supports them wholeheartedly!!

God bless your soldier, Joe, and God bless you and your entire family for the sacrifice your son and your entire family makes every day!
