SKIES OVER HIGHLAND INDIANA FOR SKYWATCH FRIDAY

ROADTRIP1

LINDA WENT ON A ROADTRIP TO HIGHLAND INDIANA (A MOM VISIT). I (POOR ME) WAS LEFT ALL BY MYSELF IN LANCASTER,OHIO. I HAD THE CHANCE TO LEARN SOME NEW SKILLS; MAKING COFFEE,TAKING THE TRASH OUT,RETREIVING THE MAIL FROM THE MAIL BOX,AND I CAN NOW USE THE MICROWAVE.LOL….THE POINT/SHOOT CAMERA WENT WITH LINDA AND I HAVE “TRAINED” HER TO LOOK AT THE SKY. I’M IN TROUBLE NOW. SO, HERE ARE LINDA’S SKYWATCH PHOTOS.

  1. Linda did a really good job, Joe. Those are great sky photos. Not that she'll replace you, oh no, never. Your sky photos are AWESOME. LOL.

I'm sure you enjoyed your time alone but are happy to have her home... my hubby enjoys it when I go to Ohio, although I'm sure he would never admit it out loud. He gets his fav chinese, his fav bbq, etc., all those take-out foods he rarely eats anymore. Then he enjoys when I'm back home baking and cooking again. :-)

P.S. I won't penalize you for whining about the frost in Ohio. Maybe someday you'll have your very own tornado to whine about, er, photograph. :)

  2. Linda -- now we'll be expecting photos from you all the time! That's what happens when you take the camera with you! Hope you had a good visit and glad your poor husband survived ;>)

  3. Fabulous photos, Linda! Glad you took the camera! Now we'll want to see more of your photos as well!
And, Joe, I'm so excited about all the new things you learned to do while Linda was gone! Seriously, I'm happy that both of you had a good time and survived! Enjoy your weekend!

I like Linda's sky pictures. I see clouds like that sometimes, too. It looks like it will rain any minute, and it doesn't rain at all. It sounds like you did well on your own.

  7. Linda did a great job, Joe.. You had better be careful or you may lose your job as 'chief photographer'...

And remember---your Sweetie may enjoy these times AWAY---so you had better teach yourself how to cook!!!!! ha

  8. I like Linda's photos, but really like the first image best. Looks like a fried egg in the sky.
Now get busy and clean out that refrigerator before she comes home from the store.

  10. Joe, you and Linda are just too funny. I love it. And she knows how to use your camera. Shame you don't know how to use the stove in the kitchen. LOL!

Marvellous skies. I don't think Linda needs any further training ;-)
