i received a few speed trap summons before..
New Zealand has banned hand held phones. Some idiots are still doing it. Once, one even went on the wrong lane facing me. I stopped in time. I wanted to shout some Profanities, but decided not to. Next time, she might tail gate me and really bump into me.
