Take the time to visit WATERY WEDNESDAY
I apologize for being so far behind on commenting.Linda and I have an extraordinary amount of fruit and veggies from the garden to process. Just picked the last of the peaches and we will be making Peach Butter today. How much Peach Butter will thirty pounds of peaches make??

ReplyDeleteHi Joe, Sorry---I was trying to send something about Watery Wed. to a new person ---and accidentally sent it to you... I deleted it. DUH....
ReplyDeleteHappy Watery Wednesday to you... Great mosaic and picture....
Good Luck with your peach butter. IF you want to get rid of some of it, I'll take it off your hands... ha ha

It's no problem if you get behind on your comments Joe. As long as you e-mail me a jar of that peach butter ;>)! One time (years and years ago) Bill and I stayed up all night putting up U-Pick peaches -- we had gotten windfalls for practically nothing and kind of overbought! We both went to work the next day -- that was back in the days when we thought we were indispensible.
ReplyDeletethe peaches were delicious all year though. Sometimes I miss those days. (And then I sit down until the feeling goes away).
I'm still chortling about your serenity prayer.
ReplyDeleteIt's the bridges that REALLY catch my eye! Those are so photogenic! And, their reflections finish the circle...wow, Joe!
