Looking at the sky from Dawes Arboretum

SKYWATCH FRIDAY,ONE TANK TRIP FROM LANCASTER,OHIO,DAWES ARBORETUM,NATIONAL ROAD

Well,we have had some of the best autumn weather I can remember here in Ohio. Soon enough it’s all going to be either grey or gray. For today’s SKYWATCH FRIDAY a trip back to Dawes Arboretum.

The Arboretum now covers nearly 1,800 acres and includes eight miles of hiking trails and a four-mile Auto Tour.

  12. Ann the snow photo was taken very early spring during maple syrup time. The fall photo was taken about a wek ago. I like to take photos of the same spot different seasons

    Just for me, I don't mind snow. I haven't seen it for too many years and our stinking hot weather is coming on again.

  15. Hi Joe, What a neat place. I love arboretums--and Dawes Arboretum obviously is a great place to go for hiking and picnicking.

    I love SNOW---but don't really want any until Christmas... I would love a white Christmas... Want to send me one????
