COMING FROM LANCASTER,OHIO A MY QUALITY TIME POST.MISHMASH MONDAY AND ONE GREAT STOCK TIP. DON’T FORGET TO REINVEST THOSE DIVIDENDS.

maxineI was in Starbucks recently for a coffee and carrot muffin, when I suddenly realized I had a desperate need to fart. There were a lot of people standing around and I didn't want to give up my seat. The music was really, really loud so I timed my farts with the beat of the music.
After a couple of songs I started to feel better. I finished my coffee and noticed that everyone was staring at me! And suddenly I remembered ..................... I was listening to my iPod……….............. and how was your day?

Maxine at a much younger age. When Maxine applied to Hooters they just gave her a bra and said, "Here fill this out.”

“Defensive investors like high dividend yielding stocks and consider them as reliable options that can provide consistent returns year after year. Historically high dividend stocks outperformed the rest of the market despite being less volatile and risky than the rest of the market. Younger investors who aren't targeting 7%-plus dividend yields can especially invest in dividend stocks that are increasing earnings at higher rates. These stocks can potentially boost their dividend payments significantly as their earnings keep going up.” READ MORE  My  favorite is $NLY……”Annaly Capital Management Inc  has a high dividend yield and high EPS growth rate. Its dividend yield is 13.56% and its EPS grew at 23.04% per year in the past five years. Annaly owns, manages, and finances a portfolio of real estate related investments.”  Yes I do own $NLY and have for several years….If you are not interested in investments then::::
