I entered a photo contest and could use your vote:
Go to this LINK and vote for Joseph’s photo of the weather observatory at the summit of Mt. Washington.
The caption for the photo is ::
The Observatory located at the summit of 6288-foot Mt. Washington in New Hampshire monitors some of the most extreme weather in the world. Can you feel the cold and wind?
The picture is similar to this one. Spread the word to vote and help me out Thanks Joe Todd
For some great photos from all over the world stop by Watery Wednesday blog spot.
For some quality time together Linda and I went on our daily walk to Rising Park.
As a “kid” I spent hours and hours at this park ; fishing, sailing homemade boats, and ice skating in the winter.
While Linda and I were on the walk we found our second Geocache about 1/2 mile from the park. More about that in the next post.
If you have never watched Corner Gas and you like comedy sitcoms do yourself a favor and watch. Joe Todd
My best friend Linda (also my wife) and I decided we needed to loose some weight get healthy and all that stuff. We both like to walk and hike etc. So I thought, “let’s make and adventure out of this.” Check out Geocaching web site.
There are 893,560 active geocaches around the world and Linda and I found our first one.

What you see above is the cache container, log, necklace and ring (hard to see). As I understand it you can take an item if you leave something else in its place. I need to spend some more time at their web site to figure out all the details but let’s say it was fun and different. Welcome to Geocaching
Geocaching is a high-tech treasure hunting game played throughout the world by adventure seekers equipped with GPS devices. To read more go to the Geocaching web site. Thanks Joe Todd and Linda.
