“Pearl Zane Grey (January 31, 1872 – October 23, 1939) was an American author best known for his popular adventure novels and stories that presented an idealized image of the American frontier.Riders of the Purple Sage  (1912) was his best-selling book. In addition to the success of his printed works, they later had second lives and continuing influence when adapted as films and television productions.” From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

DSC_0107 As some of you may know I’ve been doing a lot of walking for health reasons and it paid off this past weekend. The Cemetery Ridge trail isn’t the easiest but I did ok and really enjoyed the hike/picnic.

Who is Rumi ?????? rumi Also known as Jalāl ad-Dīn Muhammad Rūmī (جلال‌الدین محمد رومی), and more popularly in the English-speaking world simply as Rumi (30 September 1207 – 17 December 1273), was a 13th-century Persian Muslim poet, jurist, theologian, and Sufi mystic. (Just had a birthday) I first learned about Rumi from visiting THIS website. From Amazon
